Voice over

We have access to quality non-union talent right here in Northwest Indiana! Upon request, we can provide a demo featuring some of the artists we have worked with. We use top quality condenser microphones (such as the Neumann U-87) in a reflection-free vocal booth. Utilizing JK audio’s inline phone patch, the voice over artist and a producer in a remote location can communicate during the sessions (a viable alternative to ISDN). File transfers of finished work are done immediately following the completion of the session. We have experience with both narrative and commercial work. And for you aspiring voice over artists, we can produce your industry-standard demo here at Willowtree Recording.

Digital transfers and audio restoration

We can convert records (LPs, 45s and 78s), reel to reel tape, and cassette tape to digital. We can digitally record ¼” 2 track 15 IPS masters using our Otari MX 5050 reel to reel player. We use Waves Audio Restoration software to remove unwanted noises from analog sources (tape hiss, hum, pops and clicks, etc).

Anything you can think of, we are willing to try! We have done some strange and interesting things over the years, so don’t be afraid to ask!

Pricing

Studio time is based on a rate of $50.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum. We have discount packages available, give us a call and we will work with you!
